Queen’s Food Research Network

I have recently been made a member of the Queen’s Food Research Network (QFRN). I am pleased to be a part of a great and diverse interdisciplinary group of researchers interested in food!

Don’t just find a “better” place for waste….

As the article points out, finding presumably “better” places to put our (food) waste should not be the primary goal. Tackling volume and consumption are essential primary tasks.
